The sun deck is the perfect place to spend time breathing in the fresh air. The picnic table is the perfect place to enjoy lunch and then take a stroll down the 400' of river-frontage this property offers. The nice gravel creates a small beach area where you can sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water and the surrounding wildlife.

Three 360 solar panels are ready to be set up on the property and connected to the inverter. With 4 batteries and a generator you won't have to worry about losing power.
